最近,待業中〈閉關中〉。很久沒有烤甜點了(因為廚房很小,烤箱時好時壞),前幾天在路上剛好逛到一間很厲害的廚具行,專賣烤甜點的廚具。忍不住買了專業的鋼盆和瑪德蓮那的烤盤。First time’s luck!第一次烤的很成功!終於明白為什麼需要特別的烤盤去烤瑪得蓮那了,因為他的材料在烤箱高溫下會熔,所以花紋得在烤盤底部:)
